Chest circumference (Brustumfang) : Measured across the highest part of the chest. Make sure that the tape measure runs horizontally on one level and is not slanted at any point.
Waist circumference (Taillenumfang): Measured around the narrowest part of the upper body. Make sure the tape measure runs horizontally in a line. The tape measure should fit snugly against your body, but not constrict or squeeze it.
Buttock circumference (Gesäßumfang): Measured across the fullest part of the buttocks. The strongest point can also be defined by wider hip bones to the side. Make sure the tape measure runs in a line all the way around.
Back width (Rückenbreite): The beginning and end point of the measurement are the folds caused by the loosely hanging arms.
